95th Oscars: Shaunak Sen’s ‘All That Breathes’ Back Talk Feature Film Nomination
New Delhi: Indian filmmaker Shaunak Sen’s ‘All That Breathes’ has made it to the 95th Oscars after being nominated in the documentary category.
The documentary has been nominated along with ‘All That Beauty and Bloodshed’, ‘Fire of Love’, ‘A House Made of Splinters’ and ‘Navalny’.
The documentary is set against the dark backdrop of Delhi’s apocalyptic atmosphere and rising violence, in which two brothers dedicate their lives to protecting a casualty of turbulent times — a black kite.
Riz Ahmed, who won last year’s Oscar for Best Live-Action Short Film, and Allison Williams, currently starring in the horror hit ‘M3GAN’, announced the nominees.
