After 3 years, Kabir Singh and Preeti still have swag. Watch Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani’s reunion

Kabir Singh’s lead pair Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani, who played Kabir and Preeti in the 2019 film, reunited on Tuesday in a three-year-long romantic drama. Helmed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the film was a Hindi remake of Telugu blockbuster Arjun Reddy, which brought Vijay Deverakonda national acclaim. Shahid Kapoor shared a video with Kiara on Instagram, in which both of them wore stylish outfits. While Shahid wore a gray pinstripe jacket teamed with pants and a white shirt, Kiara looked gorgeous in a white gown. The post shows Shahid and Kiara walking against a well-lit background.
In the caption, Shahid wrote, “3 years of Kabir and Preeti,” and added the hashtag “Kabir Singh.” Kiara also shared the same post on Instagram.
Kabir Singh was a blockbuster hit in 2019 and marked Shahid and Kiara’s first collaboration. It was the first Bollywood film of Sandeep Reddy Vanga after Arjun Reddy. Kabir Singh revolves around a surgeon who finds relief in drugs and alcohol after his girlfriend marries someone else.
Meanwhile, Kiara is gearing up for the release of Jagjag Jio, which also stars Anil Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Neetu Kapoor and Prajakta Koli. Directed by Raj Mehta, the family entertainer will release on June 24. Apart from this, Kiara has Govinda Naam Mera opposite Vicky Kaushal and Bhumi Pednekar. She will also be seen in a Telugu film opposite Ram Charan.
Shahid Kapoor, on the other hand, was last seen in Jersey, which is the Hindi remake of the 2019 Telugu film of the same name. Helmed by Gowtham Tinnanuri, the sports drama also starred Mrunal Thakur and Pankaj Kapur. Next, Shahid will star in a web series directed by Raj and DK.
