Aishwarya Rajinikanth’s diamond and gold jewelery stolen from Chennai house, film producer complains to police!
Chennai: Tamil megastar Rajinikanth’s daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth (41) has lodged a complaint with the police after missing gold jewelery and ornaments from a locker in her house. He has named three of his servants behind the theft at home. Aishwarya lives with her two sons and the jewelery was kept in a locker in her house.
Aishwarya, in her complaint filed at Chennai’s Thenampet police station, has stated that she has not been staying at home for a long time and domestic servants often visit the place. He said that the value of the jewelery was Rs 3.6 lakh, but the value of the jewelery could be more. The police are currently investigating under section 381.
Aishwarya told the Pinkvilla police that the missing jewelery includes diamond sets, antique gold pieces, uncut diamonds in temple jewellery, navaratnam sets, aram necklaces, bangles and whole antique uncut diamonds. He said he had last used them for his sister Soundarya’s wedding in 2019 and had kept them in a locker since then. He also mentioned that in the last few years after his sister’s marriage, the locker was shifted to many places. Last year, the locker was moved to his father and superstar Rajinikanth’s home.
Aishwarya is a film director and producer, mainly working in the Tamil film industry. He is currently directing the film ‘Lal Salaam’ starring Vishnu Vishal and Vikrant. Aishwarya’s father Rajinikanth plays a special role in the film. The film hit the screens earlier this month. AR Rahman has composed the music for this.
