Alayya F pours beans on her exercise and the importance of yoga in her life!

New Delhi: Yoga plays a very important role in daily life. With so many events happening in the world nowadays everyone wants to keep themselves healthy, so yoga seems to be one of the easiest ways to keep oneself healthy and fit.
On the occasion of International Yoga Day, actress Alaya F shared her thoughts on yoga and why it is so important to her.
Speaking to Hindustan Times, Alayya shared, “I do a lot of things to be possessive. I have a very bad polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). I want my skin to be fit and fit for hormones. It really has to be harder than people think. People look at me and say ‘it should be easy for you’ but it’s not! I work out in the gym, play tennis, dance, do yoga. MMA, gymnastics and even pilates. I tried everything. Attention, quiet thing.It’s a wonderful exercise.I like to do it without fan or AC.In the end yoga, I just pile up sweat.It’s a good feeling when I wake up in the morning and engage in this healthy exercise.It’s so exciting for you, I love it. That’s why I like it. ”
