Amber Heard had ‘crocodile tears’ and the jury reveals why she lost to Debbie!
WASHINGTON: A judge on the Johnny Depp-Amber Heard defamation lawsuit spoke to Good Morning America exclusively about the trial verdict, which ruled in Depp’s favor. Claims of domestic violence.
A seven-member jury told the GMA that Heard’s emotional testimony during the trial was not realistic, as Heard was ordered to pay Depp $ 10.35 million in damages as a result of the trial.
Variety, the judge said, “The crying she had, the facial expressions, the staring at the jury. We were all so embarrassed. She answered a question, she would cry, and in a couple of seconds she would come back. Some of us used the phrase ‘crocodile tears’.”
“A lot of the jury (DEP) felt it was too credible to say at the end of the day. He seemed a little truthful about how he answered the questions. His emotional state was very consistent throughout,” the judge added. Heard’s team has repeatedly stated that social media and all elements opposed to Heard on sites such as Dictoc have turned the jury in favor of Depp.
“Even a very well-intentioned jury … I think this is inevitable,” Heard told NBC News this week. On the other hand, the jury denied such allegations about social media, saying, “We followed the evidence. I and the other jurors do not use Twitter or Facebook. Others who have it, do not talk about it.”
“What I think is true is that they both abused each other,” the judge concluded. “I do not think it’s right or wrong for both of them; but as high as she says, there is not enough or any evidence to really support what she says,” the jury added. A ‘failure’ that hurt Heard during the trial revealed that, according to Variety, he did not pay the charity $ 7 million for his divorce.
“He’s going to a talk show in the UK. The video shows him sitting. I just gave the money to the editor. The words he used in the video clip were, ‘I gave it, I donated it, it’s gone.’ But the truth is, she did not give much of it, “the judge concluded.
