Brahmastra: Mom-to-be Alia drops adorable photo of hubby Ranbir

Mumbai: Actor Alia Bhatt on Thursday treated her fans with an adorable photo of Ranbir Kapoor on her social media handle. Recently, Alia did a question and answer session on her Instagram story and during the session, one of the fans asked the ‘Raazi’ actor a question about Ranbir’s best attribute as a co-star.

Amma responded with a cute picture of her hubby saying, “Ranbir is an easy person to work with! He is so punctual! He is so giving as an actor! He never leaves the set! His discipline is impeccable!!!”

In the picture, the “Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani” actor is seen lying on the floor in a white shirt and makes a heart gesture with his fingers for his lady love. Alia added, “He would make me these little hearts between shots!”

Her caption hinted that the picture was taken from the sets of the couple’s upcoming film ‘Brahmastra’. ‘Brahmastra- The Trilogy’, is a 3-part film franchise and will be released across India in five different languages ​​- Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. It stars Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna Akkineni in lead roles. The upcoming film has been popular since the day it was announced and took more than four years to complete its production work.

Now after a delay due to various reasons, the film is all set to hit the theaters on September 9 in 2D and 3D. A few hours ago, the makers of `Brahmastra’ released the teaser of the second song from the much awaited film after the romantic song `Kesaria’.

Titled ‘Deva Deva’, the teaser video begins with Ranbir Kapoor praying to Lord Shiva. He is also seen explaining the importance of light to Alia Bhatt, who plays Esha in the film.

On the work front, Alia will be seen in “Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani”, helmed by none other than Karan Johar. Also starring veteran stars Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi, “Raki Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani” is slated to hit the theaters on February 10, 2023.

He is also acting in ‘Darlings’. Produced by Gauri Khan, Alia and Gaurav Varma, ‘Darlings’ is director Jasmeet K Reen’s debut film. Actors Shaibali Shah, Vijay Varma and Roshan Mathew are also part of the project.
