Manchester City new recruit Erling Haaland has spent around £500,000 on Rolex watches as a ‘goodbye gift’ for his Borussia Dortmund teammates and staff members after moving to England for the upcoming season. The Norwegian striker will leave the German club at the end of June and as a farewell gift to everyone in Dortmund’s dressing, Haaland has bought 33 Rolex watches (worth £12,730 each) for his teammates, according to Bild.
Haaland also uploaded a farewell message to Borussia Dortmund fans, thanking them for the love and support they have shown them after their last match for the German club.
