All eyes on Rishabh Pant
All eyes will be on Indian cricket team captain Rishabh Pant. He is going through a bad phase with the bat. Despite making an impact in red-ball cricket, the wicketkeeper and batsman have not really made an impact in the shorter formats of the game. When he arrived in the international circuit, it was felt that he would become a solid white-ball player, but he is yet to blossom in either the 50-over or 20-over format. Pant has had a poor performance in this series as well. In the first T20, he scored 29 runs in 16 balls, which is his best effort. In the second T20, he could only score 5 runs in 7 balls. In the third T20, he scored 6 runs in 8 balls. It is time for the captain to stand up and give in or else his seat for the T20 World Cup could be grabbed soon.
