India vs South Africa 4th T20 Probable Playing XI: Will Umran Malik play?
India vs South Africa 4th T20I: South Africa will enter the competition with just one objective: to seal the T20I series. They lead the five-match series 2-1 and will be hoping to register a win and ensure they have the trophy when they go back home. India, on the other hand, will have other ideas. India need both the remaining matches to win the series. Not that it hasn’t happened in the past, but it’s not always easy to win, especially against such a tough T20 organization. The Rishabh Pant-led side will certainly look to finish their job against the in-form Temba Bavuma & Co.
what to expect?
India has batted first in all the 3 matches of the series so far. South Africa have not lost the toss even once in the series which means India have batted on all the occasions. If luck is good with Pant at the toss tonight, he will look to chase down the target this time around.
Quinton de Kock’s return?
South African wicketkeeper and batsman Quinton de Kock has missed the last two matches due to a hand injury but his absence has not been cut short as Heinrich Klaasen has played well to fill his shoes. But he is expected to return for the fourth T20I. However, there is no official update on this. Since it’s a hand injury, de Kock can afford to play even with 90 per cent fitness, but he certainly won’t keep wickets.
Will Umran Malik play tonight?
Umran Malik is a huge potential with the ball. He can dodge the opposition with his quick wit. This fast bowler from Jammu can run continuously at a speed of 150 kmph. But will Pant play him tonight? do not think so. India have a winning combination and the management would not want to bother to fit it anywhere in Umran. Also, it is difficult to drop Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Avesh Khan or Harshal Patel from the team before two crucial matches. Unless there are last-minute injury concerns, Umran should not expect to make his international debut tonight.
