Highlights Trailer was released on Thursday Chris Pratt and Bryce Callas Howard in the film ‘Jurassic World: Dominion’ is released in June 2022
On Thursday, Universal Pictures unveiled the first trailer for the much-anticipated film Jurassic World: Dominion, and it’s packed with equal parts dino action and nostalgia. In the nearly 3-minute trailer, dinosaurs are roaming free in the winter tundra and swimming in the ocean as humans watch from battle. “Humans and dinosaurs can’t live together. We created an ecological disaster,” Laura Dern says in the trailer, a profound observation that should have been clear five movies before. “Not only do we lack dominance over nature, we are subject to it,” says Goldblum.
Jurassic World: Dominion is the third film in the Jurassic World franchise which debuted in 2015. The cast of the film ‘Dominion’ includes Chris Pratt and Bryce Callas Howard. The film also stars actors Sam Neill, Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum from Michael Crichton’s 1993 adaptation of Jurassic Park, which introduced the world to the park full of dinosaurs.

In November 2021, Colin Trevorrow’s Jurassic World: Dominion premiered with a prologue that gave a glimpse of this new, dangerous landscape. The film tells the story of a massive T-Rex that wreaks havoc at a drive-in theatre.
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter last year, director Colin Trevorrow said that “it’s a true outfit of all these guys, even if they’re not together the whole time. There’s something really exhilarating.” “Just from a generational standpoint, to be able to put all these characters in a situation where they not only have to survive together again, but make sure we don’t all go extinct like the dinosaurs.”
The film is co-written by Emily Carmichael and Colin Trevorrow. In November, Universal Picture unveiled the first five minutes of the film, which depicts how the actions of a misquito millions of years ago led to the dinosaurs’ resurrection in modern times. ‘Dominion’ is related to the results of ‘Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom’ (2018), which featured the destruction of dinosaurs as they fled to the dinosaur home, Isla Nublar, and the modern world.
Jurassic World: Dominion will release in June 2022.
