New Delhi: Justin Bieber was forced to postpone his upcoming tour of the NYC tour of Madison Square Garden on Monday due to a series of health issues following his diagnosis of Ramsay Hunt Syndrome.

“Justin’s tour will be postponed this week at Madison Square Garden in New York City due to Justin’s current medical condition,” the pop star’s tour promoter AEG Presents shared in a statement. “Justin is getting the best medical treatment possible and he and the doctors have decided to start the journey again as soon as they think he can continue. Details about the rescheduled MSG programs will be made public soon.”

According to Billboard, as part of his ‘Justice World Tour’, concerts were to be held repeatedly on Mondays and Tuesdays in the iconic New York City venue. However, a week before the event, singer Ramsey came up with a rare singles outbreak called Hunt Syndrome, which left one side of his face paralyzed.

“As you can see, this eye is not blinking. I can not smile on this side of my face. This nose is immobile. So, this side of my face is completely frozen,” Bieber shared in an Instagram video. June 10, “For those who are frustrated that I’m canceling the next show, I can not do them physically openly. It’s very serious, you can see.”

This medical outbreak is not the first time Bieber’s current world tour has been postponed. In February, his scheduled show at the Tacoma Dome in Tacoma, Washington, was canceled due to an outbreak of COVID19 in his group. The singer himself later tested positive for COVID-19 and postponed his February 20 concert at the TMobile Theater in Las Vegas.
