Parineeti Chopra feels a new phase in her career started after The Girl on the Train
New Delhi: Versatile actress Parineeti Chopra has earned praise for her impeccable performance in the taut thriller The Girl on the Train (TGOTT), the official remake of the English film starring Emily Blunt.
Pari’s performance was compared to that of Emily and she was praised for doing an act that even Emily would be proud of if she saw the Hindi remake.
On the first anniversary of the film, Parineeti reveals how TGOTT was a gamechanger for her career!
Pari says, “Few characters have the ability to penetrate deep into your consciousness and Meera is that woman for me. The Girl on the Train was an exciting and emotionally exhausting film for me and it taught me a lot. There was so much to learn and learn that I think a new phase of my career started after this. It doesn’t seem like a year has passed and it’s amazing that the whole team still gets so much love and appreciation for the film has been.”
