Prabhas postpones shooting of 'Project K' for Deepika's recovery due to ill health

New Delhi: Telugu superstar Prabhas, who is sharing the screen space with Deepika Padukone in ‘Project K’, has asked the producers to postpone filming for a week after she was taken to hospital after feeling uncomfortable at the filming site.

According to reports, Prabhas, who was shooting for the film with ‘Biku’ actress in Hyderabad, has asked the producers to postpone Deepika for a week to recover from her illness.

‘Project K’ is the first film in which Deepika and Prabhas have teamed up. This is Deepika’s first Telugu film. The film stars Amitabh Bachchan and Disha Pathani in the lead roles and is directed by Nag Aswin.

The director had said last month that the shooting of the film was in its infancy. Knock Aswin tweeted in Telugu, “We have recently completed a schedule. In this schedule Prabhas ‘debut part has been filmed. The project is still in the early stages of shooting, so there is still plenty of time for promotions. But we promise our heart and soul to Prabhas’ fans in this film.”
