Salman Khan’s body double Sagar Pandey dies of suspected heart attack, actor heartbroken; ‘Dil se sugar ada…’ he says
New Delhi: Superstar Salman Khan’s body double Sagar Pandey passed away today. It is suspected that he had a heart attack while going to the gym. According to ABPLive, the unfortunate incident took place on Friday afternoon.
Salman Khan took to Instagram to mourn the untimely death of his body twin. He wrote: Dil se sugar ada kar raha hoon for being with me. May your soul rest in peace Anna Sagar. Thank you #RIP #SagarPandey
Reacting to the news, actress Sangeeta Bijlani and Egyptian influencer Rania Yehia also offered their condolences.
Sagar Pandey has acted in more than 50 films with Salman Khan. He worked as a singing double for Bhaijaan in ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, ‘Tubelight’, ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’, ‘Dabangg’, ‘Dabangg 2’ and ‘Bigg Boss’.
Shah Rukh Khan’s lookalike Raju Raikwar, a close friend of Sagar Pandey, told AFP News that Pandey was rushed to Suvita Hospital after he suffered a heart attack at the gym. However, the doctors recommend that he be taken to the Balasakeb Thackeray Trauma Center Hospital in Jogeshwari. He was brought in by two fitness trainers.
