Saru Asoba wishes sister-in-law Sushmita Sen on her birthday, 'Thank you for always giving me...'

Mumbai: Considered one of the most beautiful actresses of all time, Sushmita Sen celebrated her 47th birthday on Saturday. While many congratulated the beauty queen on social media, heartfelt wishes also poured in from her brother-in-law Charu Asoba. Charu, who is reportedly on the verge of getting a divorce from Sushmita’s brother Rajeev Sen, took to Instagram to congratulate her on the occasion.

The actor shared a photo with him and his one-year-old daughter Gianna and attached a sweet note to it. Saru wrote, “Happy birthday to the most amazing person I know,” along with a string of emojis. He continued, “Happy birthday to the woman who taught me hard work, honesty and generosity. Thank you for always giving me grace. You are truly the best. Love you Didi.” Here is the post:

Despite her tumultuous relationship with her husband Rajiv Sen, Charu has time and again expressed her love and affection for her sister-in-law Sushmita. She was also very affectionate with her in-laws. After talking about Charu’s relationship with Rajiv and giving their marriage a chance or two, the duo reportedly decided to part ways last month. Charu got married to Rajeev in 2019, but after their wedding, news of their divorce started doing the rounds.

The couple became parents to daughter Gianna in November last year. The duo got divorced a few months ago. However, they decided to be together with their daughter.

In September 2022, Charu left a family picture of Rajiv and their daughter Gianna from the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations and announced that they were on good terms with their marriage. However, last month, again there was some trouble in Paradise where Charu deleted all the pictures with Rajiv. According to the latest reports, it seems that Charu and Rajeev’s marriage is nearing completion. In a recent interview, Charu claimed that Rajeev cheated on her during her pregnancy.
