Sunil Shetty’s acclaimed film ‘Ud Jaa Nanhe Dil’ is all set to have its Asian premiere at the 2022 International Film Festival of India.
New Delhi: Sunil Shetty starrer ‘Ud Jaa Nanhe Dil’ is gearing up for a special screening directed by Swaroop Raj Medarra. [ Asia Premier] At the 53rd International Film Festival of India in Goa after a successful world premiere at the 47th Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF).
The film is produced by Aishwarya Yadav, Sachin Jain, Prashant Kale, Shreya Dorne and Dhruva Karunakar under the banner Navaras Entertainment in association with Script Productions, keeping in mind the importance of overall mental health of children and the psychological issues students face due to their studies. With pressure and a vision of creating ‘Atma Nirbar Bharat’. It is a heart-warming story about a boy from a slum who is given an opportunity to study in an English medium school by the principal of the same school. The story follows the journey of children from different social strata who come together and stand up for each other.
“Whether it’s a girl or a boy, whether they live in a shack or a skyscraper, everyone should have a chance,” is one of the film’s central themes. Creative producer Saivin Quadras (creative screenwriter of Mary Kom, Neerja, Parmanu and Maidan) and Vishal Kapoor, who penned the screenplay and dialogues, have crafted the story beautifully with realism and innocence. ‘Ud Jaa Nanhe Dil’ is a playful drama about unconditional friendship with emotions and joy.
