Two boys were arrested for throwing bottles at singer Kailash Kher on stage

New Delhi: A three-day Hampi Utsav has been organized at the world heritage site of Hampi to commemorate the glory of the Vijayanagara Empire spanning two centuries. Hampi Utsav started on January 27 and popular singer Kailash Kher performed there. Two boys demanded the singer to sing Kannada songs and then threw water bottles at him.
Karnataka Police has arrested two youths in the audience gallery for throwing bottles at Kailash Care. Police are yet to release details about those arrested.
They said the incident took place during a concert at the historic Hampi Utsavam on Sunday evening. The youth, who had been listening to Kannada songs since the beginning of the show, threw bottles on the stage as their demands were not met.
