Vamika, who returned from vacation as a cricketer, looks at father Virat with love
Former India captain Virat Kohli along with wife Anushka Sharma and daughter Vamika returned from a well-deserved beach vacation from Maldives to Mumbai on Monday (June 13). The paparazzi present at the Mumbai airport clicked Wamika looking at her father Kohli, who was wearing a face mask responsibly with the rising COVID-19 cases in the country.
Kohli and his Bollywood star wife Anushka are trying their best to keep their daughter away from the limelight. The former Royal Challengers Bangalore captain and Anushka often treats her fans by sharing glimpses of Vamika on her social media without revealing her face.
The world first caught a glimpse of Wamika in South Africa, when she was cheering for her father Virat Kohli at a stadium. Anushka and Virat soon came up with a statement and revealed that they were not aware that the cameras were on Vamika.

The family left for Maldives to enjoy some time with nature and away from the hustle and bustle of city life. In the photo, Wamika can be seen looking at her father Virat Kohli as she shook hands at the photographers present there.
Ahead of the upcoming England tour, former India captain Kohli was on leave. Virat posted a picture of himself relaxing on the beach on his Twitter.
Kohli was rested for the ongoing T20I series against South Africa after a weak patch in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022. Team India will tour England for the rescheduled fifth Test match, which was postponed due to COVID-19, in 2021.
The fifth Test will be played on July 1 followed by a three-match T20I and ODI series. India are currently leading the Test series 2-1 and a win or a draw will help them win their first Test series on English soil in 15 years. This will be a historic match for Team India as they won the Test series in England in 2007.
